AND ORDER SCHEDULING HEARING
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC: Pursuant to the Twenty-Ninth Emergency Order of the Texas Supreme Court dated November 11, 2020, this Court is not permitted to hold in-person proceedings in any matter unless the trial judge has used all reasonable efforts to conduct the proceeding remotely. All proceedings will occur remotely unless litigants or other court participants are unable to successfully participate in a remote hearing for reasons beyond the judge’s control.
ORDER FOR REMOTE HEARING: It is hereby ordered that this matter is scheduled for a remote hearing on 10/28/2021 at 06:00 P.M. in the Shoreacres Municipal Court, via Zoom. You (and your attorney if you are represented by counsel) are required to appear remotely at the hearing by following the instructions below unless you have previously reached a plea agreement with the city prosecutor’s office.

UNABLE TO ATTEND A REMOTE HEARING, ORDER FOR IN-PERSON HEARING:
If this Court’s reasonable efforts to conduct the hearing remotely have been unsuccessful, then you will be scheduled for an in-person hearing in accordance with this Court’s approved operating plan.
IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR AT EITHER HEARING: Failure to appear for the remote hearing or the in-person hearing or to otherwise dispose of the case prior to the date will result in a Notice to Show Cause being sent to you. If you fail to show good cause, why you failed to appear remotely on the date of the hearing will result in Failure to Appear charges being filed and warrants for your arrest being issued.
