Mr. Harrison served as City Manager from 2018 through July 2025.. He was appointed Police Chief in June 2025, effective July 9, 2025. Before he was appointed City Manager, he was the Police Chief for the Shoreacres Police Department from 2014 to 2018. As City Manager, he was the Department Head of the SPD.
