      Dear Council and Mayor Pro-tem,

      Since we will have to re-schedule the planned meetings for this coming Monday the 22nd, and Tuesday the 23rd, my upcoming in town schedule is as follows

      This coming week beginning Sept. 22nd, 2025 I will be out of town starting Wednesday thru the end of the week. Next week the week beginning Sept. 29th, I will be in town Monday – Wednesday. I will be available any day via zoom meeting.
