      Council, I have prepared a new draft based upon our meeting Monday the 28th. (click here)

      I have also attached our final Truth in Taxation sheet. (click here)

      This budget is based upon the No New Revenue Rate (no tax increase). You may vote to increase taxes up to 3.5% without an election. Anything higher than that would require voter approval.
