The major change is that we have found a contractor to perform ditch mowing and clearing. You can find this in line item 6255-50 Mosquito/Weed Control in the amount of $36k per year. This not only addresses the concerns about the appearance of the city, it is also cheaper than continuing our current method of ditch mowing.
The budget maintains a positive balance of about $3k with this draft.
